Preliminary Results Indicate That Computer Horizons Shareholders Do Not Approve Merger With Analysts International

MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Computer Horizons Corp. (NASDAQ:CHRZ) today announced that, based on the preliminary report of the Inspector of Elections for the special meeting of shareholders held today, CHC shareholders did not approve the proposed merger with Analysts International Corporation (NASDAQ:ANLY).

Computer Horizons Corp.'s CEO and President, William J. Murphy, said, "While we are disappointed with the outcome of the vote, we respect the decision of our shareholders. The CHC management team and Board of Directors remain committed to moving the company forward and will continue to explore alternatives to maximize value for our shareholders."

Prior to the closing of the polls at the special meeting, all proxy cards received by CHC were turned over to the Inspector of Elections. Actual results will be released after the votes have been tabulated and certified, which the company expects to occur within two or three business days.
